6 word project

"DO YOUR BEST, FORGET THE REST"
Above is the 6 word story I created. It is heavily applicable to almost every hardship or phase of one's life.
What this means to me:
I must do the best I can with good intentions, humor and love. Even if I am having bad day and giving only 60% of effort I normally put it, at that moment under my certain situation or condition that is now my 100% and I must accept that. And simply... forget the rest. People who choose to judge, criticize, be rude or reject my feelings/reasons must be forgotten. This is also about letting go of bad habits, attachment issues, past relationships or what ever is no longer encouraging the life you want to live.

Food Inc reply

After watching Food Inc, I highly agree with the ideas the movie is pushing. A few of the people in the movie were right when they said "we need to change our behavior behind the way we live. Making simple choices like buying local, fair trade and organic foods help the environment and keep us healthy". I fully understand organic and/or grass fed meat costs more money but is that extra $1.50 worth risking the health of our planet and body? Because the food I eat deeply affects my physical and emotional body, I choose fresh and organic foods whenever I can. I think of it as investing in my own future. Before I saw this movie, I had no clue that the food on the kitchen table traveled an average of 1500 miles. I could not and would not want to calculate how much gas it took to get to the store then to my table.
I would recommend this movie to a friend because it open your mind to new ideas. I would tell them that this movie is as real as it gets. The processed food industry affects humans, animals, plants, and the environment on so many levels.

Miranda's Intro

Hello there! I am an outgoing and loud woman that enjoys yoga, hiking, laughing, learning, adventure and of course my son, Timon, see above... He is currently weighing in at 15 pounds at one year old. I used to be a nutrition and biology major until the homework made me cry and sweat. I am now looking into health care administration, hospitality management and/or Spanish. I love learning about different wellness ideas and about new yoga positions. Keeping balanced, happy and strong is my Raison d'ĂȘtre
